Amend HB 1544 by adding an appropriately numbered SECTION to
read as follows:
      SECTION _____.  Section 521.055 is amended by adding
Subsection (g) to read as follows:
      (g)  For purposes of this section, a release of information
to persons eligible to receive the information under Chapter 730
occurs each time a query is made of the system.
