Amend CSHB 1545 on page 12 by inserting a new SECTION 3.04 to
read as follows and renumbering the other SECTIONS accordingly:
      SECTION 3.04.  Section 66.08(h), Education Code, is amended
to read as follows:
      (h) the corporation:
            (1) is subject to the Texas Non-Profit Corporation Act
(Article 1396-1.01 et seq., Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes); and
            (2) is a governmental body for purposes of Chapter 551,
Government Code (the open meetings law).
