Amend HB 1697, in added Section 391.037, Transportation Code
(Committee Printing page 1, between lines 15 and 16), by inserting
the following new Subdivision (1) and renumbering subsequent
subdivisions accordingly:
            (1)  the sign is erected or maintained in a county with
a population of 65,000 or less;
