Amend CSHB 1772 as follows:
      (1)  On page 2, lines 11 and 12, strike "; OFFENSE".
      (2)  On page 2, strike lines 21-27 and on page 3, strike
lines 1 and 2 and substitute the following:
      (b)  A person may not print, broadcast, or publish, or cause
to be printed, broadcast, or published, campaign material that
contains false or misleading information.
      (3)  On page 3, strike lines 8-10 and substitute "false or
misleading information.".
      (4)  On page 3, lines 24 and 25, strike "; OFFENSE".
      (5)  On page 4, strike lines 7-15 and substitute the
following:
      (b)  A person may not print, broadcast, or publish, or cause
to be printed, broadcast, or published, campaign material that
contains false or misleading information.
      (6)  On page 4, strike lines 21-23 and substitute "false or
misleading information.".
