Amend HB 1833 page 2 as follows:
      (1) On line 10, following the semicolon, strike "and".
      (2) Between lines 10 and 11, insert the following:
            (B) the municipality has exercised due diligence in the
manner described by Section 54.035(e), Local Government Code, to
identify the person; and
      (3) On line 11, strike "(B)" and substitute "(C)".
