Amend HB 1913 as follows:
      (1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in Subsection (g), Section 3,
Article 3.70-3C, as amended by the bill:
            (A)  strike "utilization review," (Senate committee
printing, page 1, line 23); and
            (B)  between "quality review," and "or" (Senate
committee printing, page 1, line 23), insert "including quality
issues involving utilization patterns".
      (2)  In SECTION 2 of the bill, in Subsection (b), Section
18A, Texas Health Maintenance Organization Act (Article 20A.18A,
Vernon's Texas Insurance Code), as amended by the bill:
            (A)  strike "utilization review," (Senate committee
printing, page 2, lines 6 and 7); and
            (B)  between "quality review," and "or" (Senate
committee printing, page 2, line 7), insert "including quality
issues involving utilization patterns".
