Amend CSHB 2313 as follows:
      (1)  On page 1, strike lines 18 and 19 and substitute "has or
will be submitted to the department or a law enforcement agency for
the disposal of an abandoned nuisance vehicle".
      (2)  Strike SECTION 4 of the bill and renumber subsequent
SECTIONS accordingly.
