Amend CSHB 2323 as follows and renumber all appropriate
sections of the bill:
      (1)  Insert "(2)  be a full-time employee of the eligible
organization; and" after the word "and" on page 1, line 24 of the
bill.
      (2)  Insert "(c)  any repayment assistance shall be
reasonably related to the amount of time an attorney is employed by
the eligible organization." after subsection (b) in Section 61.955
of the bill.
