Amend CSHB 2486 as follows:
      (1)  On page 16, line 9, strike "or".
      (2)  On page 16, line 11, after the semicolon, insert "or".
      (3)  On page 16, between lines 11 and 12, insert the
following:
                  (G)  failure to promptly and equitably resolve
claims for damages suffered by a third party as a result of the
wrongful act or negligence of the bidder, an employee of the
bidder, or a subcontractor of the bidder during the performance of
a contract;
