Amend CSHB 2518 by striking the new phrase "or permit
amendment" wherever it has been added and, more specifically on
page 1, at lines 10, 12, and 17 & 18, on page 2, at lines 4, 7, 10,
and 12 & 13, on page 3, at lines 4, 6 & 7, and 11, and on page 4 at
line 11.
