Amend the Hartnett amendment to CSHB 2530 by striking lines
10-12 and substituting the following:
      (c) The prohibition of operating a video sweepstakes as set
out in Subsection (b):
            (1) does not authorize any otherwise illegal activity;
and
            (2) does not apply to a facility operated by a
nonprofit organization of military veterans.
