Amend HB 2606 on third reading as follows:
      (1) On page 2, line 7, between "article" and the period,
insert ", except that the number of crew persons in the cab of a
locomotive may not exceed five".
      (2) On page 2, line 15, between "law" and the period, insert
", regulation, or court decision".
