Amend HB 2839 as follows:
      1)  On page 9, line 21, strike "General Services Commission"
and substitute "Comptroller of Public Accounts".
      2)  On page 10, lines 4-5, strike "General Services
Commission" and substitute "Comptroller of Public Accounts".
