Amend HB 2845 as follows:
      (1)  In SECTION 2 of the bill, (Committee Printing page 2,
line 7), strike the word, "and".
      (2)  In SECTION 2 of the bill, (Committee Printing page 2,
line 8) after subsection (5), add new subsections (6) and (7) to
read as follows:  (6) electric cooperatives; and (7)
municipally-owned electric utilities.
