Amend CSHB 2912 as follows:
      (1)  On page 2, line 6, strike "or" and substitute "<or>".
      (2)  On page 2, line 10, between "expenses" and the period,
insert the following:
"; or
            (5)  is required to register as a lobbyist under
Chapter 305, Government Code, or has been required to register as a
lobbyist under that chapter at any time during the calendar year or
the two calendar years preceding the appointment because of the
person's activities for compensation on behalf of an entity
regulated by the commission"
