Amend CSHB 2912 as follows:
      (1)  On page 60, strike lines 16 through 18 and insert the
following:
      <(f)  A permit may satisfy a requirement to demonstrate need
by showing need on a regional basis considering economic impacts.>
      (2)  On page 60, line 19, strike "(h) <(g)>" and substitute
"(g)".
      (3)  On page 60, line 22, strike "(i) <(h)>" and substitute
"(h)".
