Amend Amendment No. 44 by Wilson to CSHB 2912 (page 84,
proposed amendments packet) as follows:
      (1) strike lines 8-11 and substitute:
within one-half mile of a building used as a single or multi-family
residence , school, or place of worship.
      (2) strike line 15 and substitute:
and move outside of the prohibited area.
