Amend CSHB 2912 by creating a new Article 9 and renumbering
Article 9 and 10 according.  The new Article 9 shall read as
follows:
                    Article 9. Edwards Aquifer
      Section 9.01.  As used in this Article, Edwards Aquifer has
the meaning defined in Section 26.046, Water Code.
      Section 9.02.Amend Chapter 26, Subchapter B by adding a new
section 26.050 to read as follows:
      Section 26.050. The Commission shall make available to the
public digital copies of the Recharge, Transition, and Contributing
Zone boundary lines.
