Amend the Puente amendment, CSHB 2912, on page 118 of the
amendment packet, as follows:
Strike lines 9 through 11 and replace as follows:
      Section 26.137. The Commission shall provide for a 30 day
comment period in the review process for Edwards Aquifer Protection
Plans in the Contributing Zone of the Edwards Aquifer as provided
in Texas Administrative Code, Sec. 213.4(a)(2).
