Amend the Capelo Amendment (page 139 of the amendment packet)
to CSHB 2912 on page 2, at the end of the amendment, by adding the
following:
      (5) Amend CSHB 2912 by inserting the following appropriately
numbered section and renumbering subsequent sections of the bill
accordingly:
      SECTION__. Sections 382.0373 and 382.0374(b) are repealed.
