Amend CSHB 2912 as follows:
      (1)  On page 17, line 16, add "to which this subchapter
applies" before the period.
      (2)  On page 17, line 19, insert "an opportunity for" between
"after" and "a".
      (3)  On page 17, line 21, strike "under the method for
evaluating compliance history developed by the Commission under
Section 5.753 and this section" and replace with "based on
violations constituting a recurring pattern of conduct that
demonstrates a consistent disregard for the regulatory process,
including a failure to make a timely and substantial attempt to
correct the violations."
      (4)  On page 17, line 23, strike "In this subsection,
"permit" has the meaning assigned by Section 7.001, Water Code."
