Amend CSHB 2997, SECTION 1 by adding the following language
to Section 5.127(c) at page 2, line 15 after the word "performance"
and before the ";"
      and for ensuring compliance with environmental laws,
regulations and permit terms applicable to the facility
      and by adding the following language to page 2, line 17 after
the word "action" and before the ";":
