Amend HB 3036 as follows:
      (1)  On page 2, line 22, strike "and".
      (2)  On page 2, line 25, strike "or the name of the employer"
and substitute "<or the name of the employer>".
      (3)  On page 2, line 26, strike the period and substitute ";
and
            (3)  performs a duty described by Section 1702.222."
