Amend HB 3088 as follows:
      (1)  In SECTION 5(3) of the bill (Senate Committee Printing
page 2, line 19), strike "House Bill No. 3294 or Senate Bill No.
1500" and substitute "Senate Bill No. 322".
      (2)  In SECTION 5(4) of the bill (Senate Committee Printing
page 2, line 21), strike "House Bill No. 3294 or Senate Bill No.
1500" and substitute "Senate Bill No. 322".
