Amend CSHB 3351 by adding the following appropriately
numbered SECTIONS to the bill and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS
accordingly:
      SECTION __. Section 504.001(b), Health and Safety Code, is
amended to read as follows:
      (b)  An offense under this section is a <state jail> felony
of the third degree.
      SECTION __. Section 504.002(b), Health and Safety Code, is
amended to read as follows:
      (b)  An offense under this section is a <state jail> felony
of the third degree.
