Amend CSHB 3449 as follows:
      (1) On page 47, line 6, after "person" and before "that",
insert "that are otherwise confidential by law and".
      (2) On page 47, line 8, strike "are confidential" and
substitute "shall be protected in accordance with Chapter 552,
Government Code".
      (3) On page 47, strike lines 9-18.
