Amend HB 3450 as follows:
      (1)  On page 2, line 5, strike "and".
      (2)  On page 2, line 7, strike the period and substitute ";
and".
      (3)  On page 2, between lines 7 and 8, insert the following:
            (C)  addressing at the state level and coordinating
interagency efforts to address any problem associated with
homelessness, including hunger.
