Amend HB 3452 on third reading by striking proposed Section
481.024(d), Government Code, and substituting the following:
      (d) The office of the governor may use all money raised by
the corporation as discretionary funds only for the purposes stated
in the rules of the market Texas program to promote exceptional
economic development projects in the state.  The office of the
governor may not use general revenue funds appropriated by the
legislature for the market Texas program to promote exceptional
economic development projects under this subsection.
