Amend CSHCR 203 as follows:
      (1)  On page 2, between lines 10 and 11, insert the
following:
      RESOLVED, that the suit authorized by this resolution shall
be brought in Travis County; and, be it further
      (2)  On page 2, line 19, strike "; and, be it further" and
substitute a period.
      (3)  On page 2, strike lines 20-26,
