Amend CSHJR 22 as follows:
      (1)  On page 1, lines 14-24, strike Subsections (b) and (c)
and substitute the following:
      (b)  The aggregate limitation on governmental liability for
each single occurrence provided by general law on the date of a
claim covered by this section does not apply to that claim.
      (2)  Reletter the remaining sections accordingly.
