Amend CSHJR 22 as follows:
      (1)  On page 2, between lines 2 and 3, insert:
      (e)  An action brought under this section shall be brought
in:
            (1)  Travis County; or
            (2)  the county in which the student's permanent
address is located.
      (2)  On page 2, line 3, strike "(e)" and substitute "(f)".
