      Amend CSSB 1 by adding the following rider to Article XI:
      CONTINGENCY APPROPRIATION
      Contingent Appropriation Rider for HB 1505.
      Contingent upon the enactment of HB 1505, or similar
legislation relating to the regulation of plumbing, by the
Seventy-seventh Legislature, Regular Session, such sums as are
collected pursuant to that Act, which exceed $134,072 in fiscal
year 2002 and $103,922 in fiscal year 2003, are appropriated to the
Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners for the purpose of
implementing that Act.
