      ___. South Texas Hospital Out of funds appropriated above in
A.1.11.Strategy: Healthcare Facilities to address the South Texas
Hospital, the construction of the initial facility in Harlingen
takes priority and then all unexpended funds may be designated to
address Healthcare facilities in McAllen.
