      Amend CSSB 1, in Article II, by amending Rider 14 following
the appropriation to the Department of Health as follows:
(1) by inserting between "indirect costs" and "of" "(including
overhead, rent, phones, and utilities)";
(2) by inserting between "include in its" and "audit" "financial";
(3) by inserting between "audit" and "a review" ", to be
administered by the Comptroller of Public Accounts,".
