Amend CSSB 1 as follows:
      Under Article III, A.1.2. Strategy: Lower Rio Grande
Valley-RAHC on Page III-64, amend the funding for FY 2002 by
striking $3,750,000 and FY 2003 by striking $3,750,000 and
substituting $ 12,000,000 for FY 2002 and $12,000,000 for FY 2003.
The additional funds shall be reappropriated from within the
University of Texas System Administration.
