On page VI-13 of the General Land Office and Veteran's Land
Board bill pattern, add the following, appropriately numbered, new
rider:
__.Veterans Home Awareness Campaign:  Out of funds appropriated
above, the General Land Office shall conduct a marketing campaign
designed to attract residents to the William R. Courtney Texas
State Veterans Home located in Temple, Texas. The General Land
Office may accept gifts, grants and donations from public and
private entities to fund the campaign.  The Commission may partner
with public and private entities in order to carry out this
campaign.
