      Amend CSSB 1 on page VII-33 of the bill, in Article VII, by
adding the following appropriately numbered rider under the
appropriations for the Department of Transportation Highway:
      __. Kelly Field Parkway. Out of funds appropriated above in
Strategy A.1.1, the Texas Department of Transportation shall expend
$25 million in funds to establish a parkway on Kelly Field.
