Amend CSSB 1 as follows:
      Under the Article XI items for the Department of Health on
page XI-14, add the following appropriately numbered rider:
__.  Contingency Appropriation for House Bill 251.  Contingent upon
the enactment of House Bill 251, or similar legislation relating to
the certification of food managers, by the Seventy-seventh
Legislature, Regular Session, the Department of Health is hereby
appropriated $314,320 in fiscal year 2002 and $300,297 in fiscal
year 2003, in revenues generated pursuant to the provision of the
bill, and deposited into the General Revenue fund.  The Department
of Health is hereby authorized to transfer the appropriation made
pursuant to this provision to the appropriate strategy items listed
above.
