Amend CSSB 1 as follows:
      (1) Under the Article XI appropriation to the Department of
Information Resources(page XI-6),add the following appropriately
numbered rider:
      CONTINGENT APPROPRIATION: ONE STOP ONLINE SERVICE FOR NEW
BUSINESSES.  Contingent on the enactment of House Bill 2595 or
similar legislation of the 77th Legislature relating to a one-stop
online service for new businesses and in addition to other amounts
appropriated by this Act, the sum of $500,000 is hereby
appropriated out of the General Revenue Fund to the Department of
Information Resources for the fiscal year ending August 31, 2002,
for the purpose establishing a one-stop online service for new
businesses.
      (2) Adjust the article totals (page XI-6) accordingly.
