Amend CSSB 1 as follows:
      (1)  In Article XI of the bill, following the appropriation
to the Texas Department of Health (page XI-12), add the following
appropriately numbered rider:
      __. CONTINGENCY APPROPRIATION: REGISTRATION OF DANGEROUS WILD
ANIMALS. Contingent upon the enactment and becoming law of House
Bill 1362, or similar legislation by the 77th Legislature, Regular
Session, relating to the registration of dangerous wild animals,
the revenues collected by the Texas Department of Health under that
Act or similar legislation are appropriated to the Texas Department
of Health for the fiscal biennium beginning September 1, 2001, for
the purpose of implementing any of the purposes of that Act.
      (2)  Renumber subsequent riders accordingly.
