Amend CSSB 1, in Article XI of the bill, as follows:
      (1)  On page XI-77, in the Department of Agriculture's
Contingency Appropriation for HB 1954, strike each reference to the
"Texas Oyster Council" and substitute "Texas Oyster Advisory
Committee".
      (2)  Following the recommended items of appropriation to the
Department of Health, add the following appropriately numbered
rider:
      ___. CONTINGENCY APPROPRIATION FOR HB 1954. Contingent on the
enactment and becoming law of HB 1954 or similar legislation of the
77th Legislature, Regular Session, 2001, relating to the regulation
and promotion of the oyster industry and authorizing the
reimbursement of Texas Oyster Council expenses, and pursuant to
Section 2110.004, Government Code, the Texas Oyster Council may be
reimbursed out of funds appropriated to the Department of Health by
this Act.
