Amend CSSB 2 in SECTION 7.01 of the bill, in added Subsection
(b), Section 26.050, Water Code, (Committee printing, page 175,
line 6) by adding immediately before the period at the end of the
subsection the following:
"unless the damages are proximately caused by negligence or
intentional conduct"
