Amend CSSB 2 (House committee printing) as follows:
      On page 179, after line 20, add new subsection (f) as
follows:
      (f)  If any changes made by this Act to Chapter 36, Water
Code, conflict with changes made to Chapter 36, Water Code, by any
other Act passed this legislative session, this Act shall prevail.
