Amend SB 2 on 3rd reading by amending 2nd reading floor
amendment no. 34 to SB 2 as follows:
      (1)  On page 8, line 11 between "Act" and the period, insert
the following:
      "; provided, however, that this Act does not apply to a
retail public utility for which a final order in any rate
proceeding has been issued by the Texas Natural Resource
Conservation Commission prior to January 1, 2001."
