Amend CSSB 2 in SECTION 2.58 of the Bill in Subsection (e),
Section 36.122, Water Code as follows:
      1)  On page 31, line 1, Committee Printing, after
"transporter;" insert "or";
      2)  On page 31, line 6, Committee Printing, after
"valuation", strike "; or (3) for a fee-based district, an
additional 50 percent export surcharge, in addition to the
district's production fee, for water transferred out of the
district".
