Substitute the following for the Bonnen amendment to the
amendment:
      Amend the Wolens amendment to CSSB 5 by adding the following
text to the amendment:
      Amend CSSB 5 in Section 11 of the bill, proposed Subdivision
(2), Subsection (b), Section 548.5055, Transportation Code (house
committee printing, page 55, line 13), by striking "$5" and
substituting "$3".
