Substitute the following for the Bonnen amendment to the
amendment:
      Amend the Wolens amendment to CSSB 5 by adding the following
text to the amendment:
      Amend CSSB 5 (House committee printing) in SECTION 11 of the
bill, proposed Section 548.5055(b), Transportation Code (page 55,
lines 9 through 14), by striking all between "fee of" and the
period and substituting "$1".
