Amend the Wolens amendment to CSSB 5 as follows:
      (1) on page 1, line 20, strike "and 156.054"
      (2) add the following language to the amendment:
            (a) Strike Section 5 of the bill.
            (b) on page 60, line 10 of the bill, strike "and
156.054,"
