Amend CSSB 6 as follows: Add new Section 19 of the bill, and renumber remaining sections accordingly: Section 19 of the bill amends Section 254.0611(a) to read as follows: (6) for each political consultant with whom the person filing the report has an agreement or to whom the person filing the report has made a payment or agreed to make a payment: (A) the name and address of the political consultant, including any company name as well as the principal individual expected to perform the agreement. (B) a copy of any written contract between the person filing the report and the political consultant. (C) a description of all terms of any unwritten agreement between the person filing the report and the political consultant. (D) a specific listing of expenditures made by the political consultant on behalf of the person filing the report, including the amount, the name and address of the payee, and the purpose of the expenditure. Section 19 of the bill amends Section 254.0611(b) to read as follows: (3) "Political consultant" means any person or entity who performs for a fee any service to aid or defeat the election or re-election of any candidate for judicial office. For purposes of this subsection, a service includes an affirmative service, or for a fee, declining to perform a service for another candidate, whether or not the other candidate is known or identified.
