Amend CSSB 8 in Section 3 of the bill, in added Article
21.53N, Insurance Code, following Section 6 of that article (senate
committee printing, page 2, between lines 47 and 48), by inserting
the following:
      Sec. 7.  This article does not require the issuer of a health
benefit plan to provide reimbursement for an abortion as defined by
the Family Code or related services.
